Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

By accessing or using Videnz, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Videnz helps teams capture, verify, and publish evidence-backed KPIs. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when appropriate.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and third-party terms when connecting integrations.

3. Customer content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service — including attempting to bypass security, scrape without permission, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Automated extraction proposes readings; human review may be required before certification. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where allowed.

7. Partners

Partner programs may have additional terms presented at enrollment (commissions, promotion rules, etc.).

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws chosen in your order form or, if none, as communicated by us. For questions, use the contact email shown at the bottom of this page.
