Digital notary for every certified artifact
Each capture, KPI, and copy revision is hashed. Any post-hoc edit breaks the chain—visible in the console and on the public certificate.

Protocol
Before the “Verified Success” badge ships, the backend computes SHA-256 over the canonical payload (normalized image bytes + numeric fields + org_id + UTC timestamp).
Hashes live in PostgreSQL; key rotations and migrations are logged so diligence can reconstruct history.

Guarantees
- ▸Integrity: altering one pixel or digit invalidates the published hash.
- ▸Non-repudiation: the issuing organization is bound to the artifact in the public directory.
